PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image editing apparatus in which editing is easily made possible while grasping the edited result. SOLUTION: In the moving image editing apparatus in a moving image editing system in which the moving image editing apparatus for editing a synchronous multimedia presentation being an editing target and a terminal are connected via a communication line, the moving image editing apparatus has a clip information database for correspondingly storing reproduction time information to which the inserting point and the erasing point of a clip to be reproduced in a certain area of the synchronous multimedia presentation being the editing target to the relevant synchronous multimedia presentation are set as attributes of the relevant clip, and area identification information for identifying the area, and an attribute information display part for graphically displaying the inserting point and the erasing point stored in the clip information on a display screen of the terminal in accordance with the passage of time.
