PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed photographing device that performs photographing within limited photographic data with high precision. SOLUTION: This high-speed photographing device is provided with a photographing plan storing part 13 for setting a photographing condition on the basis of a prescribed photographing plan, a vibration sensor 4 for detecting vibrations caused by the explosion of a balloon being an object, and a trigger generation circuit 14 for fetching the timing of detection of the vibration sensor 4 as a trigger. The photographing plan is worked out in advance so as to change low-speed photographing to high-speed photographing when a trigger is generated and to change high-speed photographing to low-speed photographing after "40 frames". Because low-speed photographing is conducted around the explosion of the balloon due to such assembling, the amount of a series of photographic data cannot be increased easily, photographing is possible within limited photographic data like photographing can be performed even with limited memory capacity, and photographing can be performed with high precision like rapid change caused by explosion can be photographed with high-speed photographing in a moment when the balloon explodes.
