PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tension member for obtaining a cable with excellent tensile strength and compression resistant strength, easy to bend, of which, an end part is easy to work, and to provide a cable using the same, and a cable for an HDTV system camera. SOLUTION: The cable uses the tension member 10 formed by collectively covering a hard wire 11 selected from a metal wire and a fiber-reinforced plastic wire, and a soft wire 12 made of engineer-plastic fiber by a resin 13.
