PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make estimable easily the charge density in a fluid which has been unknown in the prior art by changing variable in the energy equation of the fluid. SOLUTION: In a step S1, the physical property values of a diffusion coefficient D, densityρand specific heat c are input into a variable changing table 4, and the diffusion coefficient D is multiplied with the specific heat c and the densityρto be input as a coefficientλof thermal conductivity. A term of heating by viscous dissipation in the energy equation of the fluid is set to zero in a step S2. A conductive current is input into a source term of the energy equation in a step S3. A solid charge density q is variable-changed to be input into a solid temperature T in a step S4. A mass conservation equation of the fluid, an equation of motion, and a corrected energy equation are discretizedly solved in a step S5, and a solved temperature is converted at last into the charge density by a variable changing table so as to be output, in a step S6.
