摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control equipment by measuring a change and a deformation of the object surface by an optical method in a noncontact way in order to avoid danger and technical complication in an equipment operation using a surface myoelectric potential, and by grasping the change qualitatively by a coding method for converting into a digital code. SOLUTION: The change of an optical path from a light source 5 to an optical system detection part 6 caused by a shape change or an optical property change of the object surface 1 is grasped by the optical method in the noncontact way. The output from each photodetection cell 9 constituting the optical system detection part 6 is compared with a threshold in a signal processing control part 7. Then, a code row corresponding to the state of the object surface 1 is generated, and the equipment can be controlled by utilizing the code. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
