PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively form fine patterns on a substrate of a large size such as a phosphor sheet substrate. SOLUTION: This phosphor sheet with a storage phosphor layer formed on a sheet-like substrate is characterized by having a substrate having over the whole face fine patterns comprising a plurality of protrusions formed of a resin, and the storage phosphor layer formed by a vacuum evaporation method on the fine patterns, formed on each of the protrusions in the fine pattern, and having a columnar structure extended along a layer-thickness direction.
