PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load cell having excellent resistance to impulsive force coming from the exterior, removing noise of relatively low frequencies as much as possible, and sufficiently securing measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: A second strain body 30 is disposed in a substantially square frame-shaped first strain body 20 constituting a Roberval mechanism. Displacement of a first movable part 23 of the strain body 20 is transmitted to a second movable part 33 of the strain body 30 via a load transmission part 50. The transmission part 50 is rockably supported at a position near the movable part 23 and the displacement of the movable part 23 is amplified and transmitted to the movable part 33.
