PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition which is easily obtainable, has a decreased gas permeability, and is produced by using a simple producing apparatus. SOLUTION: This rubber composition is formed by dispersing organized mica in a rubber composed of a brominated copolymer consisting mainly of isobutylene. Mica which is treated with an alkyl ammonium salt is preferably used as the organized mica. Especially, the mica which is treated with dimethyl dialkyl ammonium salt is more preferably used as the organized mica, from a viewpoint of dispersibility.
