PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition that is excellent in sensitivity and adhesion, is suitable for forming an image pattern with a high definition and does not cause yellowing due to ultraviolet exposure and to provide a lens sheet having a light-shielding pattern formed thereon by utilizing the self-adhesive properties possessed by the photosensitive resin composition, a light-diffusing sheet having the lens sheet and a transmission type screen using the light-diffusing sheet. SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition comprises at least (A) a binder with thermally adhesive properties comprising an organic polymer, (B) a compound having at least one ethylenically double bond with free radical polymerizability, (C) a biimidazole photopolymerization initiator and (D) an oxirane ring-containing compound. When forming the light-shielding pattern by using the photosensitive resin composition, a resin layer formed using the photosensitive resin composition will not yellow due to ultraviolet exposure and therefore the transmission type screen excellent in color expression can be provided.
