PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition not generating a chlorine-based gas when burned and excellent in tensile permanent set in dynamic crosslinked system and a molded article which is preferable as an elastomer replacing a non-rigid vinyl chloride resin composition. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 50-90 wt.% substantially random interpolymer, e.g. ethylene-styrene-propylene copolymer, composed of 1-99 mol% polymer unit derived from an aromatic vinyl or a vinylidene monomer and 1-99 mol% ethylene and propylene units, (B) 10-50 wt.% polypropylene, (C) 0.05-2 wt.% crosslinking agent and (D) 0.05-3 wt.% crosslinking auxiliary.
