PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an obituary gift book in which each specific money, article, etc., which are received from the dead's acquaintance, friends and relative, etc. at a vigil visit to the deceased, first seven days and as an obituary gift charge, etc., can be found at a glance later by making them written and controlled. SOLUTION: The obituary gift book comprises a written sheet 3 for the dead's names, etc., the dead's photograph sheet 4, a family crest sheet 5 expressing the dead's family crest, an obituary gift charge entry sheet 6 registering the matter relating to the obituary gift charge, etc. presented to the dead, an entry sheet 7 for a wreath and others presented to the dead, a visit entry sheet 8, a first seven-days entry sheet 10 of account of the vigil visit in which the matter relating to solatia, etc. received at the dead's vigil is written down, an entry sheet 11 for the dead's 35-day, an entry sheet 12 for the dead's first equinoctial week, an entry sheet 13 for the dead's first anniversary of his death, an entry sheet 14 for the dead's new tray and an entry sheet for a visit to the dead's hospitalization in his lifetime.
