PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printer capable of forming a uniform ink layer stably on an ink supply roller which supplies emulsion ink to a plate cylinder. SOLUTION: The stencil printer comprises an ink supply roller 11 rotating in a plate cylinder 1 to supply emulsion ink onto the outer circumferential surface 11a thereof, a rotatable doctor roller 12 disposed oppositely to the outer circumferential surface 11a of the ink supply roller 11 through a specified gap S not equal to zero, a member 14 for removing ink adhering to the outer circumferential surface 12a of the doctor roller 12, and roller driving means 60 and 70 rotating such that the opposite outer circumferential surfaces 11a and 12a move in the opposite directions.
