PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple use sheet in which a long paper can be formed easily by pasting a plurality of sheets, the pasted sheet can be folded readily and cleanly, and a card can be formed readily. SOLUTION: A square sheet is provided with a plurality of rows of perforation 2 in parallel with its one side edge 1a. It can be folded readily by bending it at the part of the perforation 2 and since only the perforation 2 is formed in the sheet, the multiple use sheet 1 is not caught when it passes through a printer and printing can be carried out cleanly and surely. When the multiple use sheet 1 is separated at the perforation 2, the length thereof can be adjusted readily. Since the separated sheet has a stripe shape, a stripe sheet can be formed readily.
