A biosensor comprises a working electrode (101), a counter electrode (102) opposed to the working electrode (101), a working electrode terminal (103) and a working electrode reference terminal (10) both connected to the working electrode (101) through wiring, and a counter electrode terminal (104) connected to the counter electrode (102) through wiring. The biosensor has at least a three-electrode structure, and hence measurement of an object substance can be done without influenced by the wiring resistance of the counter electrode section.
