<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically, wash, dry and disinfect hands. <P>SOLUTION: A washing unit, which is provided with a sink to wash away both soapwater washed off a user's hands by water washing and water, and a drying and disinfecting unit comprising a drier for drying the washed hands and an alcohol disinfection apparatus placed on the drier for spraying a spray of alcohol to the hands, are arranged side by side below a soap washing apparatus which is capable of discharging soapwater for washing hands from a faucet after diluting high-concentration soapy water with water and also capable of discharging hand wash water from the faucet.
