<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work flow system for surely receiving verification in a designated period when a verification requester receives the verification of a verifier by circulating an issue. <P>SOLUTION: This work flow system is provided with a route setting means 1 for setting a verifying route, a schedule storage memory 2 for storing a schedule of the verifier and an agent, a schedule confirming means 3 and a circulating-verifying means 4. A requester terminal 5 and first to third verifier terminals 6 to 8 are connected to the circulating-verifying means 4 via a LAN. This work flow system can surely receive the verification of the issue up to a desired period of the verification requester by automatically setting the agent of a designated verifier as a verification executor when the designated verifier is absent for a designated verification period of the issue by referring to a present-absent schedule of the designated verifier and the agent confirmed by the schedule confirming means 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
