<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoresis analysis apparatus and an electrophoretic analysis method for accurately separating a sample. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophoretic analysis apparatus is provided with a substrate 11, a first electrophoresis path 2 disposed on the substrate 11 between a start and an end of a first electrophoresis, a power supply 3c for applying a potential difference between the start and the end of the first electrophoresis, a plurality of second electrophoresis paths 4 respectively having a start and an end of a second electrophoresis, disposed on the substrate 11 between the start and the end of the second electrophoresis, respectively having a location where each start of the second electrophoresis is differently bonded to the first electrophoresis path 2 between the start and the end of the first electrophoresis, and not parallel to the first electrophoresis path 2 and a power supply 6c for applying a potential difference between the start and the end of the second electrophoresis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
