<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a live distribution server which has a function for limiting the number of target persons of live distribution and a function for designating a user capable of browsing live contents, and with which the manager of the server can easily perform charging, and to provide a live distribution method. <P>SOLUTION: In the live distribution server 100, when accepting the reservation of live distribution from a live distributor terminal 11, selection information on whether contents to be distributed are to be disclosed or not is received. When it is selected that the contents are to be disclosed, designation information on the number of persons to disclose the live contents is received and while the live contents are broadcasted, only when the number of target persons is less than the number of persons to disclose the live contents, the live distribution to a new terminal is permitted. Besides, when the contents are not to be disclosed, selection information on a person 20 to browse the live contents is received, and the terminal 21 of the selected person 20 to browse the live contents is notified of live information and authentication information for browsing the live contents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
