<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the time delay in detecting an objective body or the delay in controlling a traveling vehicle even when many objective bodies exist around the traveling vehicle, in the on-vehicle radar for detecting the existence of a plurality of objective bodies on the basis of a plurality of detection data obtained by detecting a signal reflected by the plurality of objective bodies, which relates to a data storage method for temporally storing the plurality of detection data in a data buffer or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In temporally storing the plurality of detection data detected by the on-vehicle radar in a data storage part 9, the order of priority is provided to the plurality of detection data, according to whether the objective body corresponding to the plurality of detection data is the traveling objective body or the standing still objective body, or according to whether the objective body has the distance closer to the traveling vehicle or not, or according to whether the objective body is the objective body exiting on the lane on which the traveling vehicle exists or not, or according to whether the probability of the existence of the corresponding objective body is higher or not. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
