EMBOSSED TAPE, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND ITS MANUFACTURING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make width-narrowing of a separation wall of an embossed tape compatible with a high forming precision and to inexpensively achieve flatness of a circumferential margin area of an opening of the embossed tape. SOLUTION: The embossed tape has a heat absorbing film 12 formed at least in an area, excluding a flange portion, of a thermoplastic resin sheet 11 between the neighboring positions where the embossment is to be formed. The manufacturing method of the embossed tape is characterized in that a heat absorbing film forming process 30 to form the heat absorbing film is added to a tape heating process 31. According to the present invention it is possible to achieve width-narrowing of the separation wall 15 without damaging the forming precision since flat temperature distribution of the thermoplastic resin sheet 11 can be easily flexibly controlled.
