PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid deterioration in communication reliability due to a phenomenon, causing malfunctions in communication, in a communication device within the communication device or in the vicinity thereof. SOLUTION: For example, a rise in temperature inside the communication device causes deterioration in element characteristics, resulting in deterioration in communication performance. To suppress deterioration in communication reliability due to this, for example, a data communication speed is set so as to be correlated with the temperature inside the device, and a communication control unit acquires a data communication speed, corresponding to the temperature inside each of the communication devices and selects one which is lower from among the data communication speed of a transmitter side or the data communication speed of a receiver side.
