PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an independent foundation structure for supporting an upper structure such as a steel-tower structure counterpoise on a plurality of independent foundations based on driven steel-pipe piles that can be quickly constructed and dismantled, while preventing members from being deformed or damaged by heavy machinery during driving operation, and enabling connections to the upper structure with high positional accuracy. SOLUTION: The independent foundations each comprise a steel-pipe pile 2 to be driven into the ground, and a slide plate 4 for bolting to a plurality of brackets 3 secured to the outer periphery of the steel-pipe pile at the upper end of the pile. By adjusting the bolted position of the slide plate 4 for the steel-pipe pile 2 or by adjusting both the bolted height and the bolted position of each column baseplate 12 relative to the slide plate 4, the slide plate 4 connected to the top of each steel-pipe pile driven into the ground is adjusted in its tilt angle or twist angle in three-dimensional directions, along X-, Y-, and Z-axes, to correct the upper structure relative to each column baseplate 12.
