PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet curable composition which excels in mar resistance and can form a cured coating film having good adhesion to a prime coat. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet curable composition comprises an isocyanate compound, an ultraviolet curable urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer to be obtained by reacting a hydroxy group modified polyorganosiloxane with a hydroxy group-containing polyfunctional (meth)acrylate compound, and a photoinitiator. The hydroxy group-containing polyfunctional (meth)acrylate compound preferably has three or more (meth)acryloyl groups, and the isocyanate compound is preferably at least one kind to be selected from diisocyanate compounds, polyisocyanate compounds, and their modified products.
