PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid preparation which can stabilize a lactone ring-having pharmacologically active ingredient for a long period, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The solid preparation comprising the lactone ring-having pharmacologically active ingredient, a vehicle and a stabilizing agent is characterized by using a non-cellulosic vehicle as the vehicle and substantially not containing crospovidone. In the solid preparation, the lactone ring-having pharmacologically active ingredient is preferably simvastatin, lovastatin, or the like. The particle diameter of the pharmacologically active ingredient is a 50% particle diameter of≥3.5μm and a 90% particle diameter of≤20μm in an accumulated particle size distribution. The vehicle is preferably a saccharide, a starch, or the like. The stabilizing agent is preferably an organic acid. The preparation may further contain an anti-oxidizing agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
