PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag in which there exists little possibility of cutting a hand by a heat-sealed edge part and a person holding it does not feel uneasiness of cutting the hand, in the packaging bag formed by heat-sealing a plastic film. SOLUTION: In a heat-sealed edge part 3 of the packaging bag 1, regions 7a where the end parts are not heat-sealed, and regions 7b where the end parts are heat-sealed are alternately arranged in a part held by the hand.
