PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium dispenser which suitably prevents loss of a negotiable value which should be originally returned to a player. SOLUTION: A game machine of the present invention collects a part of the negotiable value from the player, and dispenses game media. The dispensed game media are pooled in an inside together with other game media possessed by the player. Part of the game media pooled in the inside are collected for a use in setting the number of bets in one game performance. And, when a command to release internal pooling is issued in order to return the internally pooled game mediato the player, it is judged that the reminder of the negotiable value is not returned to the player, and the judgment is reported.
