PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nail enamel remover by which an enamel coat is easily removed, the skin of fingers and toes are prevented from being damaged then by a remover solution and contact of a nail and a cotton-like body is safety and reliable through a long period by preventing the exposure of volatile gas such as the remover solution itself, occurred solvent when a cover is closed and opening the cover only at need to easily insert and rotate a finger tip coated with enamel to make nearly only the nail-coated finger nail contact with the cotton-like body. SOLUTION: The rotary axis of the lower end of a finger protective sheath nearly in the shape of a hollow cone is deviated from a finger axis or the center line of the cone to make both of them cross with each other at an angleθto rotate the outside diameter part of the surface of the enamel-coated nail in the sector in the plan view with a radius R (=r+Δr) larger than a conventional radius r to take a large angular moment.
