PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker in which a material to be heated can be efficiently heated by enhancing the efficiency of a high induction heating and improving the heat conductivity on an inner surface side, and a flange body attached to the opening edge part of a rice cooker body is hardly detached from the main body. SOLUTION: The rice cooker main body 1 is formed of a clad steel metal plate 4 whose outer side is turned to a stainless steel plate and inner side is turned to an aluminum plate. The flange body 10 molded by aluminum casting is attached to the opening edge part of the rice cooking pot main body 1, covering the opening edge part. The opening edge part of the rice cooking pot body 1 is bent in the shape of spreading outwards. At the flange body 10, the fitting part of a lid body covering the upper surface opening part of the rice cooking pot body 1 is formed. The opening edge part of the rice cooking pot 1 is disposed inside a flange body mold, an aluminum melted material is injected and the flange body 10 is attached to the opening edge part of the rice cooking pot body 1.
