PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid level detecting apparatus detecting a position of a fluid level even when a float is adhered to a casing. SOLUTION: The fluid level detecting apparatus comprises a casing 1 elongating vertically, a first lead switch LS1 arranged in the casing 1, a second lead switch LS2 arranged below the first lead switch LS1 in the casing 1, a first float with a built-in magnet F1 corresponding to the first lead switch LS1 and a second float with a built-in magnet F2 corresponding to the second lead switch, the two floats vertically move along the casing 1.
