<p>The telecommunication device has a database (20) containing data on several user accounts, and a database management system for administering the database. A device for controlling the charging of a user account is arranged such that, based on an incoming telephone call for a given first call number, an associated user account is identified by analysing a code which is transmitted in combination with the setting up of the call. A bonus code is analysed and if this is a valid code, the state of the user account is increased accordingly. The apparatus also has a device for controlling the making use of telecommunication services. This is arranged such that, based on an incoming call to a second number, an associated user account is identified. In the case that this account has a given state, the user is given the opportunity to use the service and the user's account is charged accordingly.</p> |
