<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an optical space communication unit, having a high function for correcting the shift of optical axis without limiting the application range by enabling the correction of the shift in optical axis simultaneously for a small amplitude high rate angular variation and a large amplitude low rate angular variations. <P>SOLUTION: The optical space communication unit, performing communication with another optical space communication unit disposed facing at a remote point, using a light beam employs an optical deflection means having a narrow variable angle range and high response in a transmitting/receiving optical system, and employs a driving means of the optical system itself, having a wide variable angle range and low response on the outside of the optical system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
