<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable quick and effective response to an abnormal situation, such as theft of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle device 10 for car crime prevention has a car navigation device for detecting a present location of a vehicle when occurrence of abnormality of a vehicle is detected and generating a map image with the present location of the detected vehicle drawn on the map, a digital animation camera for shooting the inside of the vehicle and the outside environment when occurrence of abnormality of the vehicle is detected, and a radio communication device for transmitting the map image generated by the car navigation device and the animation shot by the digital animation camera to a monitoring center device 20 and a cellular phone 30 through the Internet 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
