PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower an introduction cost and to expand the range where the occurrence of an emergency can be notified by providing radio equipment in which faults of train protection radio equipment shown by a conventional technology are improved and train radio equipment, portable radio equipment along a railroad and radio protection radio equipment are integrated. SOLUTION: A receiving part 41 which receives emergency information from either a station device 11a on a train or portable radio equipment 2a existing along the railroad and a transmitting part 42 which transmits the emergency information received by the receiving part 41 to at least a plurality of opposite parties among a station device 11a on a train within a prescribed range different from the opposite party that has transmitted the emergency information received by the receiving part 41, portable radio equipment 2a within the prescribed range different from the opposite party that has transmitted the emergency information received by the receiving part 41 and a base station device 4b existing outside the prescribed range are provided.
