PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer for obtaining a sufficient characteristic even when it is shared with a receiver and a speaker. SOLUTION: In a yoke 2 fixed to a frame 1, a cylindrical part 2a is integrally formed on a disk shape bottom board, and the half cross section of the yoke has a substantially projected shape. A ring shape first magnet 3 is joined to the outer peripheral part of the yoke 2, and a disk shape second magnet 4 is joined to the center part. A first top plate 5 is joined onto the upper surface of the first magnet 3, and a second top plate 6 is joined onto the upper surface of the second magnet 4. The first magnet 3 forms a first magnetic circuit passing a route: first top plate 5→a first magnetic gap g1→the cylindrical part 2a→the first magnet 3. The second magnet 4 forms a second magnetic circuit passing a route: the second top plate 6→a second magnetic gap g2→the cylindrical part 2a→the second magnet 4. First and second coils 8, 9 are adhered and fixed to the lower surface of a diaphragm 7, and the winding wire terminals 8a, 9a are joined by soldering 12 with terminal patterns 11a on the lower surface after passing the side surface of the frame 1.
