PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color signal processing apparatus for simplifying division arithmetic operations used for color conversion using a linear interpolation method or increasing the processing speed of the arithmetic operations. SOLUTION: The color signal processing apparatus including an N-dimensional table memory; an interpolation processing arithmetic section for performing color signal processing through interpolation processing; an address generating section for generating a reference address of the N-dimensional table memory used for the interpolation processing; and a weighting coefficient generating section for generating weighting coefficients used for the interpolation processing, is configured such that each of dividers using an interval of grating points used for the interpolation for a divisor calculates a quotient by using part of a bit configuration of a dividend expressed in a binary number and calculates the remainder by using bit parts used for calculating the quotient, the remaining bits, and the dividend.
