PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing apparatus capable of relieving a load of generating, managing and storing data suitable for characteristics of diversified image or audio output processes possessed by a receiver. SOLUTION: A broadcast apparatus 2 generates a component module including: a common component part used in common for prescribed image or audio output processing in the receivers 4 to 7; and a plurality of individual providing pattern parts that are individually specified in response to the characteristics of the receivers 4 to 7 and respectively used for prescribed image or audio output processing in the corresponding receiver and transmits a BML (broadcasting markup language) file F_BMF using the module to the receivers 4 to 7.
