PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage generating circuit for suppressing reference voltage fluctuation and providing stable output voltage even under the influence of noises, such as electromagnetic interference. SOLUTION: The reference voltage generating circuit has a second transistor Q2 for allowing electric currents to flow at a specified ratio to the currents running through a first transistor Q1 driven by output currents of a current amplifier 1 and with base and collector terminals short-circuited, a feedback capacitor C1 connected between the base terminal of the first transistor Q1 and an emitter terminal, a current ratio setting resistor R3 connected to the emitter terminal of the second transistor Q2, and an attenuation resistor R4 connected between a connecting point of the emitter terminal of the first transistor Q1 with the current ratio setting resistor R3 and a low level power supply VSS, the connecting point on the collector terminal side of the first and second transistor Q1, Q2 being an output terminal 10.
