PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophtographic photoreceptor in which a good electrophotographic characteristic is maintained and a stable characteristic is provided during a repetitive use and to provide a processing cartridge having the photoreceptor and an electrophotographic device. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor which is provided with a photosensitive layer on a supporting body, the surface layer of the photoreceptor includes polyarylate resin having specific repeating structure units.
