PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin composition giving molded products with high flame retardancy and impact resistance. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polyolefin resin composition is obtained by compounding (A) 100 pts. mass of a polyolefin resin with, as flame-retarding components, (B) 3-30 pts. mass of aluminum hydroxide, (C) 5-40 pts. mass of a polyphosphate salt and (D) 3-20 pts. mass of a carbonizing agent, wherein the compounding amounts of the flame-retarding components consisting of the components(B), (C) and (D) total 15-65 pts. mass.
