PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from catching a cold and getting chilled while sleeping and to prevent a quilt from being slipped off a bed by preventing repulsion of the quilt. SOLUTION: Both ends of the quilt are fixed with a fastener such as a clip 6 resisting tension caused by replusing. When the quilt is repulsed, the clips are moved up and down without reducing the width. The force is released upward by the members 5, 15.
