摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismic reinforcement method for dwelling houses and other wooden buildings, particularly, existing dwelling houses capable of remarkably saving the construction cost and term of works while significantly enhancing the aseismic effect, compared with a conventional method. SOLUTION: This method comprises a working process for firmly raising a plurality of columnar horizontal force constraint members at prescribed intervals on the ground separated by a prescribed distance from the opposed outer walls of a building, respectively; and a working process for firmly laying a rectangular panel-like horizontal frame having a truss structure or the like and excellent in deformation resistance between a horizontal frame member such as girth constituting the hull of the horizontal frame of the ceiling for first floor or the floor part for second floor and each horizontal force constraint member. In order to prevent the horizontal deformation of the horizontal frame, a working process for integrating a brace member such as steel bar laid by use of a turn buckle to the horizontal frame can be further added.
