Invention relates to the oil refining at oil processing enterprises. The plant for oil dehydration and demineralization includes a delivery pump, a tank with a mixer, a transfer pump, an electric demulsifier connected with a power source, a sump, a system of oil preheating, a tank for collection of separator oil and water, a connecting conduits. In parallel with the first sump is mounted the second sump. As the source of power of the electric demulsifier the generator of pulse currents is used, the tanks for collection of oil and water are connected with each of the sumps, and the tank with the mixer and both sumps are connected with the preheating system. Invention allows to strengthen and accelerate the process of coagulation of oil-water emulsion with its further stratification and precipitation of the drops of water with the salts solved in them.
