The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to the equipment, which provides tinning and babbitting of cartridge-insert for support rolls of rolling mills. A facility for tinning and babbitting of cartridge-insert contains functional mechanisms of tinning, smelting babbitt, preheating, filling, cooling, displacement and ventilation. The facility is made in the form of mobile module, which consists of platform and superstructure in the form of space truss with telfer and guides thereof, on the platform there are disposed in parallel in one plane tinning and babbitting chambers with rotors and electric drives, at that in the plane perpendicular of babbitting chamber axis cupola is disposed with discharging valve, interacting with mechanism of delivery of melted babbitt to the babbitting chamber and disposed coaxially to this chamber. Tinning and babbitting chambers are connected by means of pipeline with ventilator. The technical result consists in saving resource material, power inputs (heat and electricenergy), increasing technological safety of production.
