<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a wind power generation system that reliability of power supply lowers due to variation of system frequency or voltage in a power system being supplied with power because the power generation output is varied every moment in proportion to the wind force and is not settled, and the power generation efficiency is low because the maximum power generation output is limited low by setting a limit output in order to suppress that trend. <P>SOLUTION: When a power generated by wind force causes to exceed the limit voltage for the power system, the excess power is consumed by an impedance load through phase control of a phase control unit or stored in a power storage unit thus suppressing undue power supply from the wind power generation system to the power system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
