摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a hot water storage tank 4 and enhance the degree of freedom in installation of the hot water storage tank 4 by simplifying a system configuration and suppress decline of stored hot water temperature in an exhaust heat recovery system 1 for dispersed power supplies composed so as to carry out hot water supply and air conditioning. <P>SOLUTION: An exhaust heat recovery circuit 3 recovering exhaust heat of the dispersed power supplies 2 is connected to the hot water storage tank 4, and a utilization side circuit 5 is connected to the hot water storage tank 4. An endothermic heat exchanger 51 positioned in an interior of the hot water storage tank 4, and a utilization side heat exchanger 52 provided in an utilization apparatus are provided in the utilization side circuit 5.
