<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel filler capable of attaining easy assembly and low manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel filler 1 is provided with an inlet box 2 which is recessed in a vehicle panel and is protruded with a neck through-opening 21 on a bottom wall 20; and a filler neck 3 which passes through the neck through-opening 21, protruded in the inlet box 2, and has a flange part 33 on its outer periphery. The inlet box 2 includes a box-side axial engagement part 210 and a box-side diametrical engagement part 22. The flange part 33 includes a flange-side axial engagement part 34 which engages with the box-side axial engagement part 210 and regulates the axial movement of the filler neck 3 and a flange-side diametrical engagement part 35 which engages with the box-side diametrical engagement part 22 and regulates the diametrical movement of the filler neck 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
