PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and positively perform shift operation with a shift lever while miniaturizing the support structure of the shift lever to an irreducible minimum. SOLUTION: In this shift operating device, the shift lever 112 is supported to be swingable around a first shaft 117 and a second shaft 118, and the shift lever 112 is operated swingingly around the first shaft 117 and the second shaft 118 to allow a transmission 2 to be shift-operated in a plurality of gear stages.
