PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a grid structure in which exact profiling of a coefficient of thermal expansion is possible and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The grid structure 1 made of a Fiber Reinforced Plastic and having the coefficient of thermal expansion of 0±1×10<SP>-7</SP>/°C of an entirety is provided by constituting a lattice-like structure by accumulating a plurality of tubes 1a. The method for manufacturing the grid structure comprises (a) a step of manufacturing a test piece obtained by laminating prepregs obtained by impregnating a reinforced fiber with a resin matrix (step ST1), measuring the efficient of thermal expansion (step ST2), (b) a step of manufacturing a corrected test piece while holding a resin film suitably (step ST3), measuring the coefficient of thermal expansion (step ST4), (c) repeating the step (b) (steps ST4 to ST7) while changing the conditions of the resin film (steps ST4 to ST7), the step of regulating the coefficient of thermal expansion including the steps, and a step of forming the grid structure 1 by using the corrected test piece at a final time (step ST8).
