PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a propaganda effect as an advertisement to thereby increase a probability for a user of a portable telephone terminal to visit a target store of the advertisement. SOLUTION: When a portable telephone terminal 2 which desires distribution in advance is located within a specific area, the advertisement composed of a moving image is distributed by a portable telephone provider server 1. After the advertisement is distributed to the portable telephone terminal 2, information for guiding the user of the portable telephone terminal 2 to the target store of the advertisement distributed to the portable telephone terminal 2 such as routing information is distributed by the portable telephone provider server 1 from hour to hour.
