PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine which can certainly prevent burglary etc., of articles without reducing taking-out nature of articles. SOLUTION: In this vending machine, a rotation constraint lamina 3 which can regulate rotation ahead of a taking-out door 4b at the upper side in a commodity delivery outlet 2a, and when an insert inserted into the commodity delivery outlet 2a is contacted on a nose section 3c of the rotation constraint lamina 3, the rotation constraint lamina 3 is moved back and the rotation ahead of the taking-out door 4b is made to regulate through a rotation lamina 6, so that, if some person inserts his hand in an article taking-out outlet 4a side for the purpose of injustice practice, the taking-out door 4b cannot be opened by contact to the rotation constraint lamina 3 and the injustice practice can be prevented certainly, but normal article taking-out operation is not disturbed by the rotation constraint lamina 3 because the rotation constraint lamina 3 is provided at the upper side in the commodity delivery outlet 2a.
